We are working on our fundraising plans but plan to partner with Sodexo to work at Saints, Pelicans games, and concerts, where participants can earn between $125 to $500 per event, depending on the event and booth size. We will also offer traditional fundraisers as well as gym wide events as well.
Yes, only members can participate in gym-wide fundraising events.
All members who wish to work at these events must attend a mandatory in-person training orientation, tentatively scheduled in August. Members aged 18 and older can operate cash registers and serve alcohol after completing additional online training. Please be on the lookout for additional information regarding upcoming orientations and training.

Booth size and profit potential depend on initial participation and interest. Early commitment is crucial.
Once we commit to a booth for the season, we are responsible for staffing it for all designated events. The larger the booth, the bigger the profit share for our club, so consistent participation is vital.
By having more members complete the online cashier/alcohol training, we increase our likelihood of being assigned a beer booth, which typically offers higher earnings. This additional training empowers our members to handle a wider range of transactions, enhancing our operational capabilities at events.
Yes, multiple family members can work at an event, with the profit share divided among those who worked. We do want to make sure that every family has access to these fundraising opportunities so we will make sure that there is equal access.
If you are a no-show for an event you signed up to work, a $125 no-show fee will be charged. This fee will be taken from the club funds, and the member responsible will face immediate dismissal from the booster club.
That’s incredible! All surplus funds will be rolled over to the next season.
If you leave the gym, any money earned is retained by the booster club, as the club is a 501(c)(3) organization. No wages are earned by individuals; all funds are paid directly to the club, which then makes payments to LA Spirit directly.
The treasurer manages all funds with oversight from the executive committee. We maintain transparency with regular financial reports at club meetings and upon request.
Yes, all meetings are open to members. We encourage you to attend to stay informed and involved in club decisions.
